Born in 2005, "La Cuisine au wok" is t he outcome of a fascination for Asia.
Indeed, the owner, originated from Nantes, in the west coast of France, lived 3 years in Cambodia.
Thanks to her dynamism, she has created there a school of hotel trades for poor children
with the help of ONG " Act for Cambodia".
She has a lot of experience and does not need to demonstrate her know-how anymore.
She has also received training in Khmer cooking. It allows her to acquire new methods of cooking
which today her customers enjoy.
She is accompanied by her husband who was born in Cambodia.
Both embody the image of their restaurant: a meetong between East and West.
Exotic, fresh, original are the best qualities of this kind of cooking.
Customers will be really surprised by the mix of flavors.

Cuisine au Wok » allows its customers to have the opportunity to taste new flavours from Cambodia ans Thailand.
Meals are typical. They respect the Cambodian tradition but they are also original thanks the creativity of the chef.
She just uses fresh products and she introduces the cooking at once
concept which permits to give dynamism to the service
and at the same time bring freshness to the cooking.
Every week, the chef proposes her new creations that is to say three starters and three main courses.
